VESSAIL'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO VESSAIL FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
